Does sling angle affect the safe working load?

Yes, significantly. At 60° sling angle the effective SWL is reduced to 87% of the straight lift rating. At 45° it reduces to 71%, and at 30° to just 50%. Always account for sling angle when selecting the correct SWL rating for your lift.

Do your lifting slings come with test certificates?

How often do lifting slings need to be inspected?
