What grades of rubber sheet do you supply?

We supply SBR (general purpose), EPDM (weather and UV resistant), neoprene (oil and water resistant), nitrile (fuel and oil resistant), natural rubber (high elasticity) and Viton (extreme chemical and heat resistance to 200°C). Each grade suits different applications and environments.

Can rubber sheet be cut to a custom size?

Yes, all our rubber sheet is available cut to custom lengths and widths. Sheets are supplied in standard widths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.4m and 2m. Contact us with your dimensions or order custom cut lengths directly online.

What thickness rubber sheet do I need?

For general flooring and matting, 3-6mm is standard. For gaskets and sealing applications, 1-3mm is typical. For heavy-duty anti-vibration or impact protection, 6-10mm or greater is recommended.

What is the difference between SBR and EPDM rubber sheet?

SBR is the most economical general-purpose grade, good for indoor matting but limited outdoor weathering resistance. EPDM has excellent ozone, UV and weather resistance making it ideal for outdoor, roofing and water sealing applications.

Is your rubber sheet food-safe?

Our food-safe rubber sheet grades are manufactured from FDA-compliant compounds suitable for indirect food contact. Please specify food-safe requirements when ordering as not all grades are food-safe.
